Hill Residential did an amazing job on my living room! They were very responsive and got me scheduled in quickly! While installing, they made sure to keep the area clean and communicated with us very well on how we wanted it done. I just want to tell you what a great job Michael and Hill Residential Contractors did in remodeling a small bathroom for us.  He was prompt, courteous and professional throughout the entire process from providing the estimate to project completion.  His quote provided 3 separate payments for milestones and the final cost was equal to his quote except for a couple minor changes we requested once he started.  I am a very detailed person and I don’t appreciate those who cut corners.  Michael not only did not cut corners but he actually had to overcome some unexpected obstacles that were not foreseeable to either of us. He took the necessary action to move past the obstacles and kept us informed along the way.  That is another great thing about Michael is that he is very good at communicating with you about your project whether it’s good news or bad news. Michael and team were phenomenal!  They more than came through for us. We had a house fire, and we had extensive work that was going to have to get done before we could move back into our house. Michael and his team came in and got everything done with no problem.  We had to have plumbing, electrical, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen and master bedroom all re-done with painting of the whole interior plus the outside of the house.  Quite a project. Everything turned out better than we expected.  Awesome!  Michael was timely, patient, always kept us updated and was very involved in every aspect of the job.
